  Mike Greenwood, Store Manager is an absolute horrible human being and should not be working in retail. I've been a very good customer to this store as well as other family members. I'm afraid we will never shop here again due to this idiot.
  
  After a very stressful morning with my 2 year old boy, my parents were going to look after him when I went to work. Unfortunately, they live around 50 miles away and I wouldn't have time to drop him off, so they very kindly offered to meet me half way and take my son back home. As it turns out, a convenient half way point is the very busy A48 road from Newport to Cardiff. Wyevale garden centre suddenly sprung to mind as they've got a big car park and it'll be quiet at 7:45 in the morning as they won't be open yet. My parents agreed to meet me here.
  
  I arrived at the car park a bit early at just after 7:30am. My little boy was screaming on the back seat so I tried to settle him as we waited. 5 minutes later I saw a man in suit approaching my car. He tapped my window.
  
  I opened my car door and went to say hello but was cut off abruptly when he curtly asked "Do you work for Wyevale?". I said "no, I'm just....", he cut me off before I explained anything. He then said "This is a private car park and there's no waiting. If you don't work here, then leave!". I was astonished at his mannerism and horrible attitude. Before I had chance to reply, he added "You look like you don't understand me?!" I went to say something and he said "Leave!". He then started to walk off. Before I closed my door, I said that I won't be shopping here again. He turned on his heels and started walking back and blurted "Do what you want!". This was the store manager, Mike Greenwood.
  
  I can totally understand that it's a private car park and perhaps they may have issues with people parking their cars there and disappearing in to Cardiff or something, but I was going to be there for 10mins whilst I waited for my parents. If he had politely asked me any questions or phrased it differently then it would've been more acceptable, but he was extremely rude. With this attitude, he really shouldn't be in charge of a business like this.
  
  Goodbye Wyevale, neither my family or I will be shopping here again!!!

  I have had numerous great visits to Wyevale Cardiff. I've spoken to Mike on a number of occasions and he's a great guy . Always polite and willing to help in every way.
